Yes, Beautifood stocks can be frozen once opened to extend their shelf life. Make sure to store them in a suitable airtight container to prevent the formation of ice crystals and preserve their quality at -18°C for a maximum of 1 month.

Once opened, the stocks should be transferred to an airtight container and refrigerated. It is recommended to consume them within 3 days of opening the container to ensure their best flavour and quality. If you need to store them for longer, consider freezing them as mentioned above.

By adding water. The stock ratio is 1:1 with rice. That is, 100 grams of stock contains all the flavour, colour and salt level for 100 grams of rice, adding the water needed for cooking. Another simple way would be to add three parts of water to one part of stock.
